Depending on the nature of the information, this could place you in an embarrassing or compromising position. You can only go back one UNDO.You may not be aware that your Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files often contain hidden or personal information, such as revisions or comments, that others can access. So I did the UNDO button twice, but it only brought back the last NOTE that was deleted. I was editing a note and I thought I hit the Delete key twice to delete a couple of characters and I must have hit some other key at the same time and two of my notes from Outlook 2016 disappeared.
